Police Investigate Commercial Burglary
Some time during the weekend of January 27-28, 2007, an unknown person or persons entered Warwick Mills on Turnpike Road and stole
twenty stab-resistant panels for ballistic vests. The Turtleskin Metal-Flex Armor
is designed to be used in conjunction with a ballistic vest. The panels are black with a triangle-shaped pattern and the serial numbers
are written on the back of each panel in silver marker.
Also taken during the burglary were two Dell laptops, two Acer laptops, three IBM Thinkpads, two 19" flat-panel monitors and
various cords, USB hubs and power supplies.
