Criminal Mischief Arrest

Beginning in October 2005 the Ipswich Police Department began receiving complaints of vehicle windows being shot out by BB or Pellet guns.

After conducting several interviews and speaking with the suspect, the New Ipswich Police Department arrested David S. Estey, age 18 of New Ipswich, NH and charged him with eight counts of Criminal Mischief pursuant to NH RSA 634-2.

Estey was released on a Notice to Appear for arraignment on April 4, 2006 in the Jaffrey Peterborough District Court.
