Criminal Mischief and Disorderly Conduct Arrest
On July 12, 2005 at 10:45 PM Police responded to Timbertop Road for a report of a subject who was in the road and causing a
disturbance. The man allegedly kicked the side of one vehicle that had slowed down and then allegedly put his hands on the open
window of a second vehicle and yelled obscenities at the driver. On arrival on scene, Police observed a male subject kicking
mailboxes, which caused an unknown amount of damage. Police subsequently arrested Jeffrey Mullins, 25, of Rindge and charged him
with Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Mischief. He was booked, bailed and released with a court date.
