On October 13, 2003 at 6:38 AM the New Ipswich Police Department was called to respond to a 911 call at 172 Thayer Road for a reported subject who was out of control. The female caller requested immediate assistance.

After responding to 172 Thayer Road and conducting interviews with the residents, Police arrested Brandon May, 20, of New Ipswich and charged him with Criminal Trespass and Simple Assault. May was also charged with two counts of Criminal Mischief for damage he caused at 167 Thayer Road. May is alleged to have smashed the windshield of a vehicle parked at 167 Thayer Road and to have damaged a door to the residence. May was held on $5,000.00 cash bail pending arraignment on October 14, 2003.

The investigation continues.
